Asked the Social Justice ministry whether the Government is aware that a large number of eunuchs/transgenders are found begging in metropolis in the country; whether the Government has any proposal to rehabilitate and bring them into the mainstream of the society; and whether the Government has any proposal to impart skill training to the transgenders and provide educational and employment facilities to transgenders through special quota or reservation in educational institutions and Government jobs.
